This production line is an exclusive filling equipment for 1component aerosols, designed for the process feature

of 1-component aerosols where "materials and propellants are directly mixed and filled". It realizes fully automated

operations from empty bottle loading tofinished product unloading.Compatible with tinplate and aluminum aerosol

cans with a diameter of φ30-φ65mm and a height of 80-300mm, it is widel used inhousehold chemicals

(air freshener, insecticide), industrial supplies (spray paint, rust remover), automotive maintenance (refrigerant,

cleaner) and other fields. The equipment adopts a modular design, supports production capacity customization and

explosion-proof upgrading, adapts to the safe filling of flammable and explosive propellants such as butane and

propane, and complies with international production safety standards.
