Working Process of Liquid Fertilizer Filling Line

1. Raw Material Pretreatment: The liquid fertilizer is filtered through the precision filter system to remove impurities, and then transported to the homogenization storage tank for constant temperature storage to ensure the uniformity of the liquid fertilizer.

2. Automatic Feeding: The empty bottles/barrels are automatically sorted and conveyed to the filling station through the unscrambler and conveyor belt, and the automatic positioning device fixes the bottles/barrels to prevent displacement during filling.

3. Precise Filling: The PLC control system sends instructions, the high-precision filling head starts filling, and the flow meter and liquid level sensor realize real-time monitoring of the filling volume to ensure the filling accuracy.

4. Automatic Capping & Sealing: The filled bottles/barrels are conveyed to the capping station, the automatic capping machine completes the capping, and the sealing machine realizes the tight sealing of the bottle/barrel mouth (optional).

5. Labeling & Coding: The finished products after capping are conveyed to the labeling station, the automatic labeling machine pastes the product label, and the coding machine prints the production date, batch number and other information.

6. Finished Product Output: The labeled finished products are conveyed to the finished product sorting table through the conveyor belt, and the defective products are screened out by the defective product screening device, and the qualified products are manually or automatically palletized.
