Product Introduction
An ink filling machine is an industrial equipment specifically designed for quantitative filling of materials such as ink,
coatings,and chemical liquids. It is widely used in industries such as ink, cosmetics, medicine, food, and hazardous
chemicals.Due to the special nature of the materials, the customizdmachinery is different when filling ink. The filling
process must be adapted to the viscosity of the ink and equipped with corresponding anti-dripping and anti-leakage
devices.

1. Its core function is to achieve high-precision and high-efficiency material filling. The main features and technical
parameters are as follows:Filling Principle and Structure: Usually, a piston-type filling structure is adopted. The piston
and the rotary valve are driven by pneumatic components to achieve the extraction and precise dispensing of the
material.
2. Automation level: It is divided into semi-automatic type and fully automatic type. The semi-automatic type requires
manual operations such as loading the bottles and positioning; the fully automatic type can achieve full-process
automation including conveying, filling, and capping.
3. Filling accuracy: The accuracy is quite high. The general error can be controlled within 0.5% ± 1%. For some
high-precision models(such as the 10kg filling machine), the error can even reach ±0.1% or ≤ 0.05% FS, which
can effectively ensure the consistency of ink color ratio and avoid color differences in printed materials.
4. Filling efficiency: The filling efficiency of typical models is 10-45 barrels per minute. For 10kg capacity automated
equipment, a single-head device can fill 180-360 barrels per hour, with an efficiency far exceeding that of traditional
manual filling.
5. Core Components and Materials: Key components such as pipelines and filling heads are mostly made of 316L or
SUS304 stainless steel,which complies with GMP standards and requirements fordangerous goods filling.Some parts
of the equipment that come into contact with thematerials are made of SUS316 stainless steel or PTFE fluorine-lined
materials to enhance corrosion resistance.
6. Intelligent Control: Modern equipment typically employs PLC programming combined with touchscreen control
systems. The interface is intuitive,supporting functions such as recipe storage,automatic peeling and weighing,and
fault self-detection. The operation is simple, which can reduce labor costs.
7. Safety Design: Due to the flammable and explosive nature of the ink, the equipment is usually equipped with
explosion-proof control systems and electrostatic grounding interlock devices to ensure production safety.
8. Scalability: Supports integrated operation with inkjet printers, labeling machines, capping machines, etc., forming
